It was an overly complicated project due to the original construction, the rot and the fact that the previous contractor purchased materials that were not up to Luc's high standards. He salvaged as much as possible and ultimately provided us with a beautifully renovated deck and staircase. There are contractors who will provide a cheaper quote, but with Luc you get what you pay for and more. He's honest, forthright and has a cheerful can-do personality.
